This is not really news. For those who follow, it is already known that Ron Paul has continued to gather delegates and that people from his movement have been active at the grassroots level in many states ...
.. the usual stuff of "revolution", actually a movement to re-affirm some of the lost values of the 1980s/early 1990s that turned this nation around from the malaise of the 1970s (not to mention its traditional Constitutional values).
It is very simple really. Sooner or later, from time to time, both households and governments have to go back to living within their means: either people can do this through sensible policies, or the natural forces of real economic cost will do it for them, with all of the destruction that they leave in their wake, like a hurricane that mows down trees.

Well, it sounds like the Democratic situation is dying down (as many of us here predicted it would) but for all you Right-Wing folks just biting at the bit for a chance to see some convention chaos, it looks like you MAY get your chance at the Republican convention as word spreads that Ron Paul may be hoping to draw some 11,000 supporters to a nearby rally.

Here is how this will play out. ABCMSNBCFOXCNN will carrying non-stop coverage of the GOP convention with the occasional interruption of an up and coming news special about how drinking Ovaltine increases chances of prostate cancer in overweight men who smoke crack.
Meanwhile, across the street there will be a huge protest rally with nearly as many people as the GOP convention, and amid all the brewhau, there will be two reporters and a cameraman from CSPAN that will record it for posterity sake.
Now if Tom Delay or several prominent Republicans were to show up, it might get some air, but more than likely it will be a footnote of a footnote in a history that is remembered for a nanosecond.
The original article calls him a Maverick. Isn't that what they were doing to McCain when they decided to bring him back from last summer's final throes?
