Do you think people would accept and vote for either of those tickets?

If you're a fervent "Obama-for-Pres" supporter, would you vote for a Hillary-Obama ticket? And the other way around, if you are a fervent "Hillary-for-Pres" supporter, would you vote for an Obama-Hillary ticket?

Who would be so angry and upset that they'd either do a write-in or vote for McCain?

I think if she ran a different campaign, it would have definitely been possible for a Obama/Hillary ticket but I just too much trash has been passed around for this ticket to happen, HOWEVER, you just never know.

they have both publcily denied to run with the other person... therefore if they decide to run together, i think it would be a scary and stupid thing to support them.

Either way, I think there would be a complete breakdown in communication, respect - both personal and professional, and just plain civility within their first 100 days of office. The old guard and new rarely have ever worked well together, and that is what this would be. No way would these two ever be on the same ticket.
