The current 11% lead is the largest for Obama this year, and marks the ninth consecutive day in which Obama has led Clinton by a statistically significant margin. Looks like the manufactured "bitter" controversy is being kept alive by people who never had any intention of voting for him because it has changed very few if any minds.

With a week to go until Pennsylvania voters render their final verdict, Hillary Clinton has opened a nine-percentage point lead over Barack Obama in the Keystone State. The latest Rasmussen Reports telephone survey shows Clinton now attracts 50% of the vote while Obama earns 41%.
That’s a slight improvement for Clinton who led by five percentage points a week ago (http://www.rasmussenreports.com/public_content/politics/election_20082/2008_presidential_election/pennsylvania/pennsylvania_clinton_48_obama_43 - broken link).

I know Hillary wants to think Pennsylvania is her ticket to get this nomination, however, IT WILL NOT BE ENOUGH, especially after the primary in North Carolina where Obama is leading.
This is what I found on MSNBC Today. Pretty reliable source I would say!
From NBC's Mark Murray
New LA Times/Bloomberg polls for Pennsylvania, Indiana, and North Carolina are out...
Pennsylvania
Clinton 46%
Obama 41%
Indiana
Obama 40%
Clinton 35%
North Carolina
Obama 47%
Clinton 34%
Methodology: "The poll, conducted under the supervision of Times Poll Director Susan Pinkus, interviewed 623 voters in Pennsylvania, 687 in Indiana and 691 in North Carolina who expected to cast Democratic ballots. The margin of sampling error for the findings in each state is plus or minus 4 percentage points. The telephone interviews took place Thursday through Monday, meaning the bulk were conducted just as controversy broke out over an Obama remark widely criticized as demeaning rural voters in Pennsylvania."

Why do we even bother with polls... they are often wrong.
All of these polls are fool's gold for Obama. For Obama to win the general election, he has to beat McCain in states that have the largest electoral votes..and I'm not talking about New York and California, those two states are surefire Democrat. Obama will be swept across the south and possibly in the Rust belt states, considering how he performed in Ohio, Michigan and PA. Unless things change drastically, a replay of the 2004 electoral vote seems to be possible.
Yeah. He really underperformed in Michigan. How many people voted for Obama again?
