For what it's worth, every single person in this thread who knows how to actually read the English language knew exactly what you said, and it was an excellent post. Naturally, Trumpheads just scanned over it in a few seconds looking for certain key words, and then just made up their own versions of what they wanted you to have said so that they could attack it.
It's all they know how to do; that's how they read... er, pardon me, "read"... newspaper and magazine articles too, which is why the United States of America just elected Benito Mussolini as President. Every one of them is going to go to their graves convinced that you said the election in those states was hacked by the Russians, and nobody will ever be able to shake them loose from that. Welcome to the New Amerika, land of the Angry Illiterate.
Trump and his supporters are a bunch of sore winners. If they would pause and think (instead of following every kneejerk reaction) they would welcome the recount because it would lay to rest most of the questions and solidify the results. Good grief, quit whining and let the recount proceed.

It won't quell anything.
Hillary supporters always have something new to cry about.
1) No our primaries aren't rigged. We democrats value fair elections and our rules and leaders have said the primary is fair. This isn't Bush 2000.
2) Oh WikiLeaks shows key Democrats rigging our primaries? Well it is to be expected since Bernie isn't a Democrat.
3) Trump is deplorable for saying that the general election could be rigged like our primary. I stand with Hillary in saying that we must accept the results of the election. We will abide by the results.
4) Oh my, Trump is winning, there must be rigging from Russia!
5) Look there is a disparity between paper and computer ballot counties, rigging! Oh, this is a bunch of Alt-Left nonsense that ignores the demographics in each county?
6) We want a full audit! Oh a full audit would look for illegal votes from non-US citizens? That could intimidate naturalized citizens from voting, we can't have that!
7) Recount, to ensure a fair election in a nonpartisan manner, except no recounts in states Hillary won by narrow margins! Make sure it is a simple recount so that we don't audit voters who might not be eligible to vote.
8) We must circulate the names of GOP electors in the electoral college, their names, addresses, kids names, ethnicities, etc...so that the Alt-Left can intimidate and threaten them into swaying the vote. We can do this, we can rig the Electoral College!
9) Neutralize Trump's electors in WI, MI & PA, so they cannot attend the electoral college vote on December 19th. and we can put in our own candidate and dump Trump.
Trump's vote count in Wisconsin has been reduced by 4,913 votes due to "errors" discovered in Sauk and Outagamie counties. Clinton's vote count was only reduced by 199. The new totals now stand at
1,382,011 Clinton
1,404,536 Trump = +22,525
Trump has lost about 20% of his lead just from this "error."
I have some questions:
- Both counties reported more votes cast for president than ballots actually processed (turnout higher than 100%). How does that happen?
- The corrected results show a close race. Why were there 25 times more extra votes for Trump than for Clinton?
- How can the same type of "error" (more votes than ballots, and always heavily on the Trump side) happen in two different counties separated by nearly 100 miles?
- One official was quoted as saying the problem was "human error," while another blamed a bad modem. It is difficult to imagine how random error would occur in two different places simultaneously and in both cases, generate excess votes for Trump but not Clinton.
Something stinks in Wisconsin and it ain't the cheese. There needs to be both a recount and an audit.
