If the GOP doesn't like losing elections because they won't support Tea Party candidates, get used to it. Donations to the RNC are drying up with Tea Party money going to the Senate Conservative Fund and Freedomworks. Tea Party patriots will not vote for RINOs any more. Short term this is good news for democrats, liberals and communists. It may take many election cycles for conservatives to gain sufficient strength to overtake both the RINO GOP and the liberal democrats.
and where are you getting this information? Remember we are 3 years away from electing a president, as for the midterm elections the Republicans will support Republicans in most cases. I think the term RINO is being over used to describe anyone that isn't a Tea Partier. Where do so many get the idea you can't be a conservative without being a Tea partier and yes, the Republican party is split in many ways right now, but this isn't all bad. The middle ground will be prevail...
As people become disenchanted with Obamacare and the proven liars in the democrat party, they will remember it was only the Tea Party that tried to stop Obamacare.
No proven liars in the republican party? I`ll bet you have a lot more liars than you have wmd`s.
Actually, once they fix all the technical problems with the ACA its going to be very popular. The poor, who were shut out from having health insurance, will have health insurance. People making between 25k and 35k a year who couldn't afford health insurance before will get tax credits to purchase plans on the exchange.
And what about the terminally ill that are being told their health insurance is going to be canceled because their current policies don't meet the requirements of ACA? yeah, I'm sure these real life stories as they continue to come out will just help smooth over the rough start we've seen so far.
Also, how does fixing the "technical problems" help pay for this program we can't afford long term?

One and the same. Democrat = Progressive = Marxist/socialist (and yes, throw "communist" in there too).
Obama was mentored by communist Frank Marshall Davis, and is an adherent of Marxism/socialism, as are most Democrats. It isn't new. It has been known as Progressivism at least as far back as Woodrow Wilson.

I think your assessment is totally upside down. The GOP doesn't need the TP. The Tea Party is the minority group in the GOP, not the other way around. TPGOP has, and will lose influence. Virginia showed that the GOP, not the TP are in charge.
The TPGOP got Cuccinelli to the dance, but the GOP said ...just because you are here, doesn't mean I have to dance with you.

What a mess.
those policies they have don't cover their health expenses anyway. That's why they are being cancelled. It's barely insurance.
And we can afford it long term. It's budget neutral.

No, that is not the stories that are coming out. I one on the national news last night, a different story in our local newspapwer this morning and I just googled, and found this one:
Cerpok, a terminal cancer patient diagnosed with Leukemia in 2006, is being dropped by his insurance as of January 1st due to new regulations of Obamacare. He has had the same doctor for 7 years now, and his overall out of pocket medical costs have been approximately $4500 per year up until now. Cerpok will lose his doctor, and can now expect to pay as much as $26,000 annually for his treatments. For 2012 alone, Cerpok’s insurance covered approximately $350,000 in treatment costs.
Now it doesn’t mean I can’t go see my current doctor, but my $4,500 out-of-pocket is going to turn into a minimum of $26,000 out-of-pocket to see the doctor that I’ve been seeing the last seven years,†Cerpok told Arizona’s ABC 15.

It's the insurance companies that are to blame. They are finding a loophole to drop customers. This is what happens when you have a private for-profit health care system.
The sun's setting on the whole tea bag movement and it must be a difficult time for some of the "true believers". I'm afraid the "twilight of the Gods" has already arrived. What's left over isn't going to be pretty.
Here's what you guys don't get:
1. Terry McAuliffe is a close friend of Hillary Clinton. As Governor of Virginia, he can do more for her campaign there and in a handful of southern states that the democrats can win than probably any other person. A victory by one vote or one million votes is the same thing. The democrats are exercising more and more influence in the Old Dominion state these days. When the recount is completed we'll have the attorney general's job too. Losing the governor's race in Virginia was a most unfortunate thing for you folks.
2. Chris Christy is virtually the GOP's only hope of beating Hillary Clinton. Let's review some of the other clowns: Marco Rubio (not the worst choice, but too conservative and too closely identified with the near default on our nation's debt that occurred); Ted Cruz (virtually unelectable after the poison that flowed this October); Rand Paul (ha ha ha ha ha ha ha). If you really want to nominate one of these clowns to run against Hillary, than have at it. Its like throwing the election to the democrats.
3. Corporations and business contributors are abandoning the Tea Party candidates. They've figured out something that you can't accept to save your life. That "something" is Tea Party candidates invariably win the GOP nomination in their state or district and than go on to blow the general election. Need I remind you of Christy O'Donnell, Sharon Angle, Todd Aiken, or Richard Murdouck? Money is the mother's milk of politics and without these donations, your tea bag candidates are making a circular trip down the toilet bowl.
4. You really ought to grow up and start making actual arguments against democrat and liberal policies. When we hear labels like "communist", "socialist" , or the particularly nasty "pos" we realize you are living back in the Cold War which you might remember ended in 1991 with the collapse of the Soviet Union. I know its hard to accept that the world moves on, but it has and its moved on without a lot of the paranoid tea bag types. I can call someone a "no good dirty so and so". Doesn't mean a thing. Isn't an argument. Or have you not figured that out yet.
Its funny to hear a guy who doesn't realize just exactly how few people really share his opinions. I think deep down ultra-conservatives just can't accept the truth even it bashes them over the head.
For someone who uses the vial teabagger word you sure are a hypocrite. I wouldn't care if I was the last person in the US that still believed in the Constitution, free markets and limited government, I would still fight for those principles. You also forget the trouncing your ilk took in 2010 at the hands of the Tea Party. You forget some of the great electoral victories like Rubio, Lee and Cruz. The advantage democrats have is that there are no such thing as moderate or conservative democrats any more. There are only radical statists. So you don't have a split in your party the way the GOP does. And you are right about the funding which was the purpose of this thread.
Christy has less of a chance of winning than Cruz. Christy will not get democrat votes or conservative votes. Ay least Cruz will get a strong conservative turnout. He may also get enraged folks who are getting skrewed over by Obamacare.
The Democrats aren't perfect but a lot of what the Democratic party stands for has a hard time getting through congress because of our two-party system and the ridiculous filibuster rules.
The democrats had total control for two years an wasted that on a phoney stimulus and phoney Obamacare. Your link is so ridiculous because it doesn't take into account how many jobs were LOST in Obama's first 5 years. We have less people working now that in the last 38 years and that is with a higher population! And how many of Obama's jobs are part time?
Right to work does not prohibit union membership. It prohibits forcing union membership on workers. If a worker has the opportunity to join a good union they would be crazy not to. And unions can be beneficial to many employers. But it is a free country (or used to be).
