That's not really the point.
Not stifling business and people not needing the Food Stamps is much better.

Helping people because of policy failure is no great accomplishment.

When they are cutting hours, not investing funds they do have but want to hold on to due to increased regulation and uncertaintly, including not be able to predict taxes, yes indeed.

I see in my business and it's hurting.
