It appears that the EPIC-MRA poll that showed Romney up by 1 in the state was not an outlier.

Yes...I thought that was bizarre as well but, when you look at the party ID breakdown, Democrats have a 10-point advantage and, when you look at the gender breakdown, women have a 20-point advantage (which is also incredibly bizarre) - so I don't think you can look at the age breakdown and say the sample is too Republican.

Perhaps one could say this is simply a bad poll because of the bizarre age and gender breakdowns, but it does seem to corroborate the most recent MI poll before it.
