Here's the more likely number;

RealClearPolitics - Election 2012 - Virginia: Romney vs. Obama

Romney +1.

Who knew Romney would come out of the primary so...damaged....that he is tied with obama out of the gate, even with all the rich v poor and class warfare from the obama campaign and the Left.

Can you believe it? The Left is celebrating and happy that obama, the incumbent, can't even get to 50% in some critical swing states.
Might want to read your own link, it shows Obama up by 3, with the most recent polls coming in showing Obama dominating Willard

You provided that link saying Willard was up by one, but it actually shows Obama is up by 3

He has leads in the two of three states he needs. Also, he is in play for AZ, which supports my "Demographics will doom Romney" theory.

Obama again as the tread continues is leading Willard

Shouldn't Oblama the glorious be trouncing Romney by 30%? After all, I thought he was perfect like his lemmings say he is.

He's actually... not. At all. Obama can lose PA, OH, FL, CO, IA and NC, and so long as he keeps NV, NM, NH and VA, he wins.

Where are those state polls:

Huge, probably insurmountable leads in both NV (+7) and NM (+14). Significant lead in VA. Up in NH (+9 in the last poll).

Those states that he does not need?

Ohio: Obama +5. Romney has not polled ahead of Obama yet.
FL: Obama +0.5, but trending very slightly Romney.
NC: Obama +3. Polls inconclusive.
PA: Obama +6. Romney has not polled ahead of Obama yet.
CO: Tie.
IA: Romney +2.

In order to win, you guys not only have to pick off all of the above, but also one of NH, NV, MN or VA.

Don't see it happening, sorry. Better luck in 2016.

No the Republican party has a thick firewall of religious lunatics, trust fund babies and otherwise ill mannered rednecks to get to about 42% in even the worst case scenario
