oh sure that's what usually happens. People always vote for the ones whose ability they dislike. Understood all the people in Kentucky who supported Rand Paul are stupid according to you. YOU don't get to decide who is liked or not princess, the people do.

You're entitled to your opinion but not your own facts, no other poll has shown Paul ahead and most have him distantly trailing Obama. He fares worse than any Republican in the race.

Clearly not since he'd toss out every labor and environmental law on the books. He'd kill all financial regulation. He'd kill antitrust law. He would be going farther than any Republican to give the big corporations what they want. I never understand why a private monopoly is so much more preferable to a public monopoly to libertarians, same lack of competition and innovation.

This is the closest we've seen anyone but Romney in a head to head poll. Huntsman doesn't seem to get any traction with the GOP because he too electable ... I mean moderate. Essentially the same thing.

The rest of the GOP field is just too conservative and out of touch with mainstream America.
In my America, conservatism is mainstream. Don't act like Chicago speaks for the rest of the country, or that it is anything but a very liberal island/area of the country.

That said, I am voting for Ron Paul. He is the only true constitutional conservative in the race.

Default CNN poll shows Paul even with Obama/Romney

You are not entitled to your own facts either:

CNN Poll: Obama tied with Romney & Paul in November showdowns – CNN Political Ticker - CNN.com Blogs

And a CNN/ORC International Poll released Monday also indicates that Rep. Ron Paul of Texas is also even with Obama in another possible showdown this November. The survey also suggests the Republican advantage on voter enthusiasm is eroding, which could be crucial in a close contest.
