So...you think a poll, with an oversampling of obama voters by 12%, that says obama beats Romney by 6......is anywhere near the truth?

See, in polling and statistics, usually the last election is the measure used to determine party Id, weighting and making sure your poll is a representative sample.

Obama won by 6 points in 2008, when the conditions/environment heavily favored the democrats.

What election or circumstance can you cite that would justify using a 12 point gap in party Id advantage to the dems.

Let's see if you can come with an answer.
