It most certainly will. Republicans are a lot more hateful than you give them credit for. I love that this is working against their best interest though.

The GOP is going to choose the candidate most likely to beat Obama. If they determine that the votes will swing to Perry, Perry will be the man no matter what.

Not gonna happen. Not with gay rumors flying in the air. Not with today's Republicans.

I think you have no clue how invested so many people are in trying to save the United States.

There would be a bunch of {R}s that would flee if Perry was the nominee and came out before the convention. You know this has all the trappings of a good movie called " The lesser of 2 evils ". The plot would be how the party and supporters deal with it.

They would be faced with the same choice of lesser of 2 evils with the twist that their nominee is gay to boot. The {R} drama of either
voting for a gay {R}
voting for obama
voting 3rd party{ and as they tell us throwing away their vote}

Have you spoken to many republicans and independent conservative voters regarding their views on homosexuality? I doubt it.

The thought of a "possible" Perry run make the liberals soil their pants!!! Even though I'm not fond of Perry,...I'm even less fond of Obozo......

Gay rumors about Obozo didn't seem to affect his campaign. If Perry runs, Obozo better start buying TV "infomercials" to bolster his lagging poll numbers, or Perry just might kick his butt.

I don't care if he is gay but I don't think he is and haven't read or seen anything to make me think he is. Basically I have as much info about his sexual preferences as I have on anyone posting here. Nada. And "ewww"..dont' want to know!
