Very attractive, articulate guy here. His state is where 50% of the jobs in this country are being created. Low taxes, common sense regulation, a business friendly environment, which attracts jobs and creates wealth.

Contrast this with CA, NY and other liberally run states in smoldering financial ruin.

Oh yeah. His state is creating 50% of the jobs in the US right now. He has a budget surplus and businesses are flocking to his state, fleeing from liberal tax, spend and regulatory nightmare states.

Some loser.

Texas creates "jobs" because it's "first" in the race to the bottom. It is the best competitor with the Third World. Yay for Texas! It provides the least protection for its workers and allows them to be exploited the most.

I have no interest in America becoming a member of the Third Word; therefore, I have no intersest in a Perry presidency. Let him stay in Texas and keep promising to secede. If he doesn't make good on his promise soon, I suggest the Union should take a vote on whether or not such a backwards, Third World state should be allowed to stay united with such a great nation. The minimal protections it provides for its workers is shameful.

Rick Perry is articulate? On which planet? He's way too right wing on social issues, makes pat Buchanan look like Maxine Waters.

Rick Perry would crush Obama in a landslide, because he has a great economic record."You want jobs, and fast ? Look at what I did in Texas "
