Sensitive touch screens and people who are inexperienced with the technology. Older people come across a touch screen and they think it's like a keyboard, where you have to press it rather than just a light contact with your fingertip. Keep your finger on the language selection key too long, and it ends up being in the spot over one or the other candidates. Which, since your finger is on the screen, then selects that candidate. It's a small thing to deselect, and choose a different selection.

This is a non-issue.
