I think you have no one to blame but yourself for thinking hope and change were coming, or that anything will change if Republicans win in November.

Americans are like football fans, always wanting the backup quarterback in when their losing......

I don't know a ton about Romney but on the surface, he appears to be the Republicans best chance to win in 2012. However, the biggest obstacle to his receiving the nomination is his own religion and his party's acceptance of it. I'm not very confident that he will get the nomination but if he does, he will be a formidable candidate. As far as Obama is concerned, I'm still not so sure that he will run again in 2012. If he does, I wouldn't be surprised if he tapped Clinton to serve as his VP. She's obviously going to deny her interested but if it were offered, I'm sure she'd say yes. Clinton may be Obama's x-factor. She will bring a lot of Democrats to the polls who may skip the election.

As far as which of the two would win, it's tough to say. If the economy and/or unemployment haven't improved much or even at all, it's certainly conceivable that Romney win. If there is modest improvement and Obama's decides to run, I think he he's got a good chance to win (even better with Clinton). At this point, I would pick Obama but a lot that could happen in the next couple of years to change that.

No chance. As the country becomes increasingly wary and tired of religious Republicans, Romney's Mormonism will be too much of an obstacle for him to overcome. The Democrats will make his religion the main issue. If not for his Mormonism, yes I would think that he'd have a chance.

I agree with the credit card law he signed, but everything else you say is HOGWASH!!
Healthcare.......Socialism
Controlling Wall Street.......Socialism
Stimulus......Socialism & Hasn't worked.
Diplomacy.......Why should we try & talk with people that would rather see us all DEAD?
Middle America.......after hes done there won't be a middle, lower or upper.
Reproductive Decisions of Women.......either use birth control or close your legs than you wont have that issue called Pregnancy.
Religious Beliefs.....I would rather be a bible thumper than a Karan Follower.
Gays being treated equally......if he is so damn "gay friendly", then why hasn't he signed an Executive Order doing away with DADT?????
