of course he is. Anyone right now that thinks Rubio will not win needs to get their heads out of the sand. Of course, with 2 months to go things could change.

Rubio is an ideologue. I've had enough of that, thank you.
well you go right ahead and support who you want, that is the American way, but it appears you are going to have to put up with another ideaoogue for 6 years. Sorry...

Look how many turned out for Rubio and then Meeks. Rubio got more votes then both Meeks and Greene together

Meek , Kendrick Dem 522,940 57%
Greene , Jeff Dem 283,368 31%
Rubio , Marco GOP 1,059,514 85%
The GOP had a very ugly extremely divisive, expensive and competitive Primary for Governor, which played a rather big role in Primary turnout.

I am independent and voting for Crist. Meeks has no chance, and Rubio is a quack. I know several democrats who will be making the same calculation, and hope he prevails in November.

Even with the last five polls we have two showing Crist ahead, three showing Rubio ahead. Until the polls become more consistent showing one or the other in the lead I don't think you can rank this as anything other than a toss up at this point.

agree 200%

Crist will take votes from Meeks since Crist is closer to issues with Meeks then he is Rubio

Meeks is from Miami Dade Hence why he got around 70% of the democrat vote in Dade

I think Rubio is going to hammer Crist on he'll say and do whatever to win and that just might cost Crist
I agree.... My prediction is Scott will be Govenor (don't care for him at all), Senate seat will go to Rubio. I don't think Meeks has a strong chance. I think Crist shot himself in the foot leaving the Republican party to go Independent. That shows his desperation to win. I really like good ole Charlie, but I don't think he should play politics especially now that Floridians are hurting.

Meeks camp is not orchestrated like the Obama camp. Obama's camp was organized very well, stellar.

Meek is bright, but not as polished as Obama. It would be truly amazing if Meeks won. I have read several posts on her that say Rubio is a quack--why is that?? Someone else made a comparison to him and McCain regarding immigration laws--I don't believe they have the same out look. I think the reason Rubio is going to win is because Obama has killed it for the Democrats. The Cuban population is huge in south Fla and very well respected and will bring him a victory. So Fla will truly be a Republican state again. Same thing will happen in 2012.

Wash rinse and repeat for the 2012 Republican Presidential Primaries. The result may not be best candidate to win a national election against the Democrats.

Realizing Meek won't win, the Democrats will undermine their own candidate and secretly support that Obama-hugging Crist.
