They rejected the tea party gubernatorial candidate, so there are some enlightened folks in Oklahoma. People weren't buying that usual anti-White House nonsense. Once the NAACP slammed the tea party for being a bunch of racists, they appear to be losing steam. Could this signal the beginning of the end for this movement? I think so. Back to the drawing board, Pubs!

our granddaughter lives just outside of OKC, the Tea Party connection isn't the only reason the race went the way it did. Don't count your chickens before they hatch..Remember you are reading the results and opinion of them in the Huffinton Post..

In the face of between Fallin and Askins, it will be close but unless Fallin seriously missteps she should get it.

Tea party had nothing to do with it. Mary is an Oklahoma favorite and well liked.
Brogden was a snake oil sales man. I have watched him debate several times at the house and he isnt mainstream Oklahoma

thanks for clarifying that. There will always be some who want to say "tea party" fault no matter what has happened.
