In a 1 1/2 hour class, I can certainly see the point of a "stretch break". However, you have to be careful. How many of us have been in a meeting where the chair says "let's take a 10 minute break" and the meeting convenes 1/2 hr later!

I hope these kids who need to "stretch" don't go to medical school. They'd fall apart.

Well, that solves it. Please no stretching in high school, because the <1% of students who go to medical school won't be able to stretch there (according to Sawdustmaker).
