The issue isn't that you are trying to bring some issue to people's attention, its that you can't copy text from some other author and post it here as if you wrote it.

If you want to bring things to people's attention just do it the right way. No biggie.

IMHO - housing prices will continue to fall intil the average house sells for less than 3 times (mayby a lot less) the average local wages. Prices will differ across the country in accordance with local prosperity. I just looked at a 3 br 2 bth 2100 ft sq house in LA that listed at 350 k. A similar house in Bismark, ND listed for 125 k.
