This sweet little guy was tied up to a fence at the local dog park, in the rain, he was soaking wet, with mated fur, and is emaciated. I think he's been out there a while. But he is now eating and showing a little trust. I just can't seem to place the breed though. Anyone have ideas ?

My first thought was - he has the eyes and nose of a Saluki - but how tall/big is he?........that hair is a bit confusing - it's not Saluki at all............regardless of his breed traits.....thank you for rescuing him!!!!

Would guess poodle mix, hard to tell from just the one pic though. Check to see if he's been microchipped, he may have an owner out there he got away from (maybe was left at a petsitters) etc - glad you're able to take him in and find out his story.

It is hard to guess without knowing the size and looking at body shape .Face wise he does look something like Bailey who by all accounts is about 25 lbs of pure p*** and vinegar! We call her the muppet dog as she does look like a muppet

Bailey

Hmmm..... 1/2 lemur and 1/2 dust mop? Cute, though.

1/2 adorable and 1/2 sweetness definately! His eyes are so sad, poor baby looks like he's been all alone for a while. He looks smart too, probably some poodle in him.

Did you find him or are you a foster with a rescue?
