That is awful. What the hell is the matter with people? I swear to God if that ever happened to one of my monsters the person who did it better have left the country with the quickness or I would do worse to them.
This is why I cannot stand to watch shows like Animal Cops Houston or whatever. Yes, they do good work but I want to get the abusers and bash their heads in.

You know there is a gang where they punish errant members by putting a discarded tire around their neck, douse it with gasoline and set it on fire. I heard rubber burns really really slow and really really hot. I imagine this type of punishment is appropriate for this low life!
