I know you all can relate to this - I lasted a long six months without a dog, and never ever again will I go cold turkey!! Our new baby makes every day more fun. I love waking up to her happy face and kisses. She is amazing with the kids. Even my husband, who was not thrilled about getting another dog, is completely won over.

We are snowed in right now and I was worried how the puppy would be - we are just about completely potty trained. Turns out she is a snow dog!

love love love having a dog again-020.jpg

Congrats on your dog! Cute photo! What kind of dog is she? She looks a lot like my dog (mostly the body shape), and we have no idea what her "breeds" might be. Mine is a "snow dog" also!

She's beautiful! Congratulations!
She looks a bit like my cousin's dog Amber...she's a mix too, but no one knows for sure about which breeds since she was a rescue...but she's one wonderful dog, so that's what really matters in the end.
I'm so happy for you...enjoy every blessed second of puppyhood...it always goes by way too fast for me, LOL...oh, how I miss puppy breath!

What a cutie! Ours saw snow for the first time 2 weeks ago and is also definitely a snow dog! Enjoy those puppy months and congrats on the addition!

What a cutie. I vowed years ago to never go without a furry 4 legged wonder. They bring so much into our lives.

She's a classic... brown dog. A beauty, too.
When I finally left the city and bought a cottage and got a fence, I adopted my first adoptee. I remember feeling a rush of close-to-pure happiness at him in my life.
Now I adopt multiple seniors, although am considering younger than ten years old next time around. They's not as hilarious or trying as young dogs, but they are sweet and I enjoy their quiet(er) company and knowing that they are having good later lives.
Although those basset/cattle dog puppies up in Nashua, NH, were something to see. Gotta stay off petfinder.
