I am looking for a neighborhood somewhere in between I-70/Quebec and Arvada. Would like to find a 4-5 bedroom house with some property. Have kids, so Elementary and Middle schools are important.

Does anyone have any suggestions on where to look?

why there? what's important to you? what does the community need to have? What is your budget? Any of those bedrooms in the basement?

All areas have schools.

Arvada, but it won't be near Stapleton. And "property" is a broad term, and will likely be hard and/or expensive depending on your definition of the term.

If you're looking for property between those two areas, Wheat Ridge would probably be your sole option, unless somehow you're lucky to find a double lot in the city.

Some neighborhoods to look at are Quaker Acres and Cameo Estates (priced 275-600 - with more expensive too). These have older homes with some land. Supreme Estates in Arvada have one acre lots but are pricey too. Wheat Ridge is a city that has some larger lots but a lot of the homes don't have basements. What price range are you trying to stay in?
