I'm near retirement but may want to work near a hospital but be on the eastern region of DE. I must rent, can work in a legal or a hospital setting. Schools not important but decent housing, good people, jobs in hospitals or law firms important; can speak Spanish and English. Any suggestions as to towns?

Dover and the surrounding towns (Camden, Smyrna, Wyoming and Magnolia) would all fit the bill. You have Kent General Hospital which is greatly expanding and with Dover being the capital there are tons of law firms. The cost of living is very, very low --- homes are inexpensive and property taxes are unbelievable low. This area is a haven for retirees.
