Hello,

I should know the answer to this question, living in a college town as I do, but...if I want to move into an apartment in the Newark area starting Sept. 1, when should I come out there to look for a place? Is the end of May too early? Is after July 11 too late?

I'll be going to UD, but am considering further out - 20 mins away or so.

Thank you!!

Our 1bd./w den will be available august 1st.... at the Apartments at Pike Creek....

In any case, the sooner the better. Its much like Madison, where you have to rent any place close to school as soon as spring semester ends, and there seems to be much less available than madison (at least around the state street area).

I was much more knowledgeable in regards to Newark about 10 years ago. A number of pleasant, safe neighborhoods exist, but the only development I can remember now--larger houses, hilly--is called Nonantum Mills.

If you can provide information about what you're looking for, I'm sure someone who lives in the area will come along.
