Does anyone have any info, 1st hand or anecdotal concerning the quality and responsiveness to issues, of Ashburn Homes? Looking to relocate to the Milton/Lewes/Millsboro/Long Neck area from NC. I understand that the bulk of their work has been in the Dover area but they appear to be involved with several developments in Sussex county. Would appreciate any input.

Thanks

WATCH OUT!!!

I think that Tony Ashburn has had charges filed against his corporation(s) for fraudulent activities.

I personally worked in some of his developments and IMO they were quite shoddy. This was back in the mid eigthies, so maybe they have changed. I'd stay away.

Default Ashburn Homes in the 21st Century

I read the warning and take it to heart. But, is there a current experience with Ashburn?
