Hi everyone,

I just purchased a home in McKinney that has tons of windows. I love windows and open space so this is exactly what I wanted. The only problem of course is going to be the summer time heat! Do any of you have any recommendations for Solar Screen companies? I am looking for someone reputable and cost effective of course. Also, if you have had screens installed, how much did you pay? What is your square footage, house orientation (N,S,E,W), and did you get all of your windows done? My house is 2 story and about 3700 sq feet and faces West.

Any help will be greatly appreciated!!!

Moderator cut: need at least 10 posts before you can make specific recommendations Be careful not to use any solar screen company that uses 3/4" frame and plastic corners that turn yellow. only use metal internal corners and 1" frame. The craftsmanship is top quality. I researched this greatly when I purchased screens for my home. Good Luck!
