I find it strange that you were turned down soley for a Class C misdemeanor equivalent to a speeding ticket. People get speeding tickets and other traffic violations all the time and rent places. Maybe they were using a point system that combined this with credit, ability to pay and job history.

I am try to get an apartment in grapevine texas and I have folnies from at different state I just moved back to ft worth I went to look at one a when I pulled out my money for the apartment thats when I was told they would not rent to me because I was a folney

It's going to be difficult, but there are apartments(even in decent areas) that will rent to you. My cousin has a felony from a drinking and driving accident, and he was able to rent an apartment in central Plano after he was released.

I would post this question in the Fort Worth section to see if anyone there can lead you in the correct direction.
