I"ve decided UTD would be a better place to go.

Does anybody want to please discuss where I should live (alone)?

UTD is in Richardson so you would want to look at apartments and possibly rental houses in that area. If you prefer to make an investment and afford to buy, that is also an option.

You don't want to live in any of the apartments on McCallum.

Mandalay on Coit next to the Adventure Landing is pretty nice.

Far the most part the closer you get to Dallas the worse the apartments are.

The price ranges are what counts the most. I want somewhere cheap/less expensive but not gang or hobo area. The look of the apartment complex is only minor to me. I don't want to live in a gang area. Other than that I am cool with any location.
