Is it a good builder? How do you compare it with Darling or highland?

I liked their model in Park Place Estates in Frisco that had a front iron gate and foyer. Their look was Mediterranean to me. Their kitchen island is over 12ft long. Their floor plans is nothing I liked, but they are custom in that you can move walls unlike some cookie-cutter builders that won't allow updates to the blueprints. I think Wine rooms are standard, but I would check with their sales team.

Windsor is a good builder and seem to be attentive to their buyers in my experience.

Good luck getting hold of anyone at Windsor.

I wonder if they are doing well financially, since their main number goes to a voice mail box.

They seem to have a lot of lots in a lot of neighborhoods me and the wife were looking in.

I think that means they are frantically busy! Go to a model house to talk in person.

Yeah, there is that problem as well.

Where actually do they have a model home that you can walk without having to set up an appointment with people that you can't get on the phone to begin with?
