Hi folks, does anybody currently drive from Argyle to Las Colinas for work daily? I need to be in the office by 8 a.m. but can get in earlier.

Have found a home I really like (off Frenchtown Road) and the community is suitable for my needs but I am hesitant because of the commute uncertainties. I don't mind 30-45 mins.

So if you have recent Argyle to Las colinas daily commuter experiences and insights, please share.

Many thanks

drew

It should not be a bad drive. I've got quite a few clients in Lantana which is about 22 miles (depending where in LC you're going). It should run 30-40 minutes on average. If you are going down 114 it might take longer getting through the construction at the north end of the airport.

Argyle is nice, if you found a dream home I'd do it. The commute is reasonable for DFW.

It won't be too bad at all. If you leave at 7:00, you should arrive in plenty of time. I live in Lantana, which is right near Argyle, and drove to Grapevine every day for a while.

Thanks for your feedback ya'll. But how do you come in if not on 114? 635 and down MacArthur?

God no.

I came down 407 to 2499, and then 2499 to 121 / 114. Avoid 635 at all costs.

Curious on which community? Argyle seems like a nice town, would like to hear more from people on it.

Ditto.

The commute should be reasonable--getting in the office by 8 will help. 2499 can get backed up in the mornings--otherwise shouldn't be an issue.
