Not at all. You're not putting up a signal flare either. It's just odd to throw up your salary like that. I know nurse anesthetists that pull mid-six figures. It's a huge sum of money...until you meet a guy who'd eat a bullet if he 'only' made what you make.

I wear cargo shorts and sandals that should've been replaced a year ago when I'm not at work.

Telling a gal how much you make as an opening line was always an automatic fail in D.C.

Exactly, I don't see the point of talking dollars on a freakin forum anyway..It's low class to talk money, and the really wealthy people don't do it.

I am with Big D..Some people have their priorities mixed up..Honestly, I know I will get flamed for this, but have a few children, that will set some perspective for you when it comes to money and what's important in life.

I have yet to have a man tell me how much money he makes in an effort to get a date with me. I guess we swim in different circles.

Some people (like me) don't even require that particular life change to get some perspective. Visit a third world country sometime. Or a war zone. Or any country where poor people don't have iPhones or cable and are skinny instead of fat.

I just wear my 'Camaro' emblazoned leather jacket so the gals know I'm a balla. No need to ask...

I feel like I live in a third world country and a war zone on a daily basis with a set of 2 year old twins and a 4 year old.

Nah, not applicable; having kids is a choice. Wars, on the other hand, usually come TO you.
