I'm trying to buy a new vehicle, but why is it every single Nissan dealership I've found in this area has terrible on-line reviews. I'm not talking about one happy customer, but multiple sites and reviews and even complaints to the BBB! It's very frustrating.

Grubbs Nissan in Bedford is excellent. Mark Anderson is the sales manager, and Bill McKenzie is a very good salesperson to work with.

I used to sell cars, so I know when a place is run by idiots and when it's not, and Grubbs is great.

A co-worker of mine whose wife has a Nissan on lease claims most of the dealerships sucks here, especially for service. I can attest that just a few weeks ago I got service done at a Nissan in Mesquite, and while the work was good, I felt like we got ripped off in price of parts and labor.

But that's service, and you are asking sales. No matter which dealership I went to, I wouldn't go to one without already picking out a car online with the features I want via edmunds.com and having edmunds tell me how much I should pay. Then I hit the dealership(s) and find the same car with the same features and negotiate price.
