We may have to move to Dallas this summer and we're looking for master-planned areas similar to areas in Houston like Shadow Creek Ranch in Pearland, Sienna Plantation in Missouri City...etc. Please help!

Providence, Savannah, Paloma Creek are way way way way out there. If you live out there you would want your job to be in Denton, Little Elm, Frisco, McKinney, but not much further if you are driving in rush hour traffic. Those 3 areas are also full of foreclosures if that makes a difference.

There are a lot of master planned communities around DFW, without knowing your price range, here some.

Woodbridge & Sage Creek in Wylie
Shores in Rockwall

In Allen alone, here are some
Twin Creeks in Allen
Brookside
Lost Creek
Suncreek
Star Creek
Beacon Hill

Castle Hills in Lewisville
Stonebridge in McKinney
Wellington in Flower Mound
Bridlewood in Flower Mound

In Frisco
Stonebriar
Starwood
Lakes on Legacy
Heather Ridge

Timarron in Southlake (Parts of it are in Colleyville)
Waterview in Rowlett

Plus a lot more around as you see.
