Good morning! After a little cat nap and up early to get ready for our long trip today, I decided to start the food journal. I wanted to wish everyone here a healthy and happy holiday and new year. You are all a great bunch of friends and are very much appreciated. I'll be checking in when I can and I'll be back in NC on the 3rd or 4th of January. Bye bye for now!
Jeannie - a safe and wonderful trip and holiday to you and your family. And I'm a little more selfish than Judi - I want to live vicariously (sp?) through you... so have a whole slice for me (not just a bite)
No breakfast this morning. I tried some cereal, but it didn't stay down, so we look at this as more perfect dieting opportunities!
Jeannie, have a safe trip and hope the weather has cleared out there as it has here. We are just cold. Going to exercise was cccooolllddd this morning. Glad that is over.
Glad to diet with such a good bunch too. Can you imagine what the people on some of the other threads would be saying to us.
I have heard of making the best of things, but considering being sick as a diet help is really stretching it. Just hope you get well soon. Let us know if the suitcase shows up. It wouldn't have been on that plane in Denver would it?
Coffee and milk
2 burned strawberry eggo waffles--Mr. VA came in and saw me eathing them and asked if I was out of eggos. I said no. He said he was wondering why I was eating burned waffles. I told him I made the mistake, so I am living with it. Somehow the dial on the toaster got changed? Actually, I like burned food.
