Good morning! So, we haven't had one of these in awhile. I believe everyone needs a day now and then just to treat themselves to something special...http://i233.photobucket.com/albums/ee109/jeannie216/massage-2.gif (broken link)http://i233.photobucket.com/albums/ee109/jeannie216/7_17_4_thumb-1.gif (broken link)http://i233.photobucket.com/albums/ee109/jeannie216/IceCreamSundaeBounce.gif (broken link)http://i233.photobucket.com/albums/ee109/jeannie216/hammock2.gif (broken link) ...you decide. My ultimate goal is to be diciplined for 6 days and have one day a week to let loose. Haven't quite accomplished that yet but I'm working on it. Today, a family party for my FIL's big 70th! Lots of food, I'm sure, just going to try and do small portions. If you don't eat my MIL gets very insulted. Tea with sugar in the raw and soymilk......have a relaxing Sunday everyone! Jeannie

Good morning Jeannie and all-everything in moderation and I did that for years-the one day a week treat but in moderation.

Breakfast-same low fat yogurt/fruit/coffee.
Lunch-turkey/avocado on w/w
Dinner-steak, baked pot w/low fat sour cream, spinach salad.

Have fun at they party and enjoy MIL's food.

Hello all!

For me it's definitely the being lazy today. Slept in till 9:30 and read in my book before getting up at 9:45.

It was a little late b/c my cousin and her bf came over for a dvd evening so we watched two movies and boxing afterwards. Went to bed at 12:30 in the night.

Late morning was spent with cooking. I tried potatoe gratin but didn't use the correct potatoes . I should have used mealy potatoes but didn't have those at home so the potatoes I used turned out a bit crispy but tasted good nevertheless. We had cauliflower along with the gratin and I stuffed pork steaks with low fat bacon and cheese, rolled them in egg and in breadcrumbs afterward and fried them in some oil. Very delicious but definitely no diet food

Now I'm on my way to clean up the sleeping room. Don't use it much in the summer b/c it's so darn hot directly under the roof that we sleep in the guest room. Not using it should mean it doesn't get dusty but it does anyway so off to do that now.

Have a great Sunday all!
