I am hoping to do something really good for myself today. How about actually staying on my diet for a whole day. I got into the pudding last night. Actually it was this morning, so I have already had something good. Snow makes me hungry. Karla, children's birthday parties count double. lol We all love 'em. What on earth did we do for fun before children?
Banana and coffee and milk
and a vitamin, calcium aspirin, and medications--that's in case I forget I took them.

NCN, I've been in a bit of a slump. I do well all day and then come home from work and eat the wrong foods. Needless to say, I wake up hungry and feel very sluggish. No worries about the pudding, it's give yourself a break day.

I had a great time last night,I post it on last nights

I haven't had pedicure for a while,I do that during the summers, when I need to paint my nails. Maybe I should get a foot massage. It's becomingvery popular here. Especially with the asians. Most of the business are from China. They charge 15 dollars for 1 hour. It's pretty cheep. I haven't had one yet.

Either food massage or pedicure sound good. Too bad it's already 6:34 p.m. here and I just read the thread.

I had a dessert after lunch so that was my goodie today.

Hubby made me eat breakfast with him today so I had a bun with cream cheese and a sip of chocolate milk.
Lunch: pork with onion sauce and potatoes

I'm really looking forward to dinner now. Karla and her pizza pics made me really hungry!!!

My menu today was far too much to mention.

See you all tomorrow and have a great night everyone!

Same for me. I have my new revised diet ready for in the morning. It will take a lot of will power to stick with it. We are supposed to have snow and rain for about 12 hours tomorrow. 1-3 inches of snow expected after rain stops and snow begins. I am not planning to step my foot out the door if I don't have to for some important reason.
