Good morning. I am still the same weight. This is the 4th week of trying to lose, and I haven't lost anything. I did however eat McDonald's twice this week, so I am grateful that I didn't gain. So, my plan for week 5 is to avoid fastfood and soda at all costs, and to work out 5 xs this week.

What about you?

Huh huh, gained one pound. I knew it these truffle pralines, pizza and other unhealthy food! That stuff was made in hell, no wonder losing weight is soooooooo difficult. Now I'm back to 4 again . Hopefully I won't gain the other 2 lbs again.

Jco - great job! Go on girl, you can make it!

leavingcali - a new week started, let's try again. Maybe it'll work this time.

Have a great week all! See you around.
Diana

Won't be exercising this week, but I did take a small walk yesterday. Looks like all are doing well, I haven't stepped on the scale to see what I have done to myself!

Default New to site

I joined the site because the email response from Karla with a K was so real and what I can relate too. I am trying to get from 205 to 155 for my height of 5 feet and 5 in a half inches and it is hard. I want to bring in my new year with at least 5 pounds down and end my spring with 45 pounds off.
I think this will help some..
