Ever since I signed up with Cable One, I have had nothing but problems with the total package. Everytime I turn around I lose either Telephone, Cable Internet or Television one at a time or all three at once.
Yesterday I lost phone service for seventeen hours. The time before that I lost internet for four hours and the time before that the cable channels kept going out. In the past two months I have had several tech out to visit and spent at least ten hours on the phone trying to correct the problems. When I ask for a credit all I ever get is a run around and had to explain the problems umpteen times to someone different. If this keeps up I suppose I will just have to drop them and go with Direct. Now they tell me that if I cancel I will be in breach of contract. Their the ones who have broken our agreement. If any other business had as many customer service problems they would be out of business. What's your opinion?
