It is sort of central to where the schools are and one of the train stations. Again no public garbage collection is one of the reasons that the taxes are so low. One thing I hope you are aware of is the area around the Noroton Heights RR station and West Avenue & Hollow Tree Ridge soon will be so congested it may be impassable at times getting kids to and from school with the trains etc. There are pretty much approved plans for the area where the Stop & Shop is and all around there to be rebuilt with three-four stories of condos above it all. That area has already gotten so hard to drive through at certain times. I do not understand how the traffic will flow through there??? It will be gridlock a lot I imagine. If are just walking a few blocks to the RR and if your kids might be walking to the MMS then probably ok.
