Oh man I forgot all about them. Have they really been close? Maybe they are controlling our weather.

November was below normal
December was below normal
January should end up below normal

Last time we had 3 months in a row below normal was 3 yrs ago. Jan-Feb-Mar 2015.

Still has to make up for getting 23 months straight without being below normal! April 2015 to February 2017!

OR 20 months in a row above normal March 2011 to October 2012!

Its called winter weather. How can people be suckered by this stuff? Unless they said hot dusty and in the 80's they would sound "sort of" close.

Interesting when they are close. Maybe we lost our natural ability. Stars better than models? Lol

HMM, I wonder why?

I was wondering though when the last time we were 3 months below normal was. Is there anytime say in the period of that graph (looks like it's 2000 to now) we were more than 3 months in a row below normal (this isn't rhetorical related to my first question above, in this case I simply don't know one way or another). Looking at the graph, if there was at all is was early on, looks like maybe 2000-01 or 2002-03.

Also, totally unrelated, have they backed off on the snow? Latest NWS forecasts seems to show light snow of about an inch or less in NYC, 1-3" in western CT, and 2-4" in eastern CT

Why? Cause the pattern supported it like other decades (1930s) in an always changing enviroment? I'd rather conversate about weather and climate without making excuses and blaming things.
