I hope you meant it felt like a cool early spring day... Because it isn't early spring. It's more like mid or late spring if we're using meteorological seasons... Anyway my opinion of yesterday was it was horrible weather wise to put it mildly.

So............. another day in the 50s, huh. lol

Lets update this shall we?

For Danbury.. Only 5 days this spring with sun and temps staying in the 60s. The other days were cloudy or just 3hrs of sun. We can count that day if you want.

We're losing time on sun & 60s. Hard to be sunny and 60s in Summer!

Lol... "lowered max forecast" for today.

Quote:
National Weather Service New York NY
1111 AM EDT Sun May 13 2018

.NEAR TERM /UNTIL 6 PM THIS EVENING/...
Adjusted the POPs for rain to better match observed radar trends
and blended in raw 2 meter ECMWF temperatures with previous
forecast for daytime temperatures. These temperatures were
lowered a few degrees from previous forecast.
Not expecting much
rise to current temperatures with overcast conditions and rain
moving into much of the area this afternoon along with a light
NE-E flow.

High pressure settles to the north and east today with the
stationary front well to our south through the day. The high
will help keep the front suppressed well to the south. The
region will continue to lie between upper ridging to the south
and upper troughing to our north
