I think we got about 9 or 10 inches here in Trumbull, no more than a foot. Not even snowing that hard anymore, and looks like will change over to rain sometime in the next 90 minutes or so. At least down here it's a complete bust. We got just as much, if not more, in the February storm.

Had to travel home after my night call: Stretch of I- 84 between Hartford and Cheshire: Total mess. No ploughing. Visibility just 10 -15 meters... took me 1.5 hrs to drive 25 miles.

How is that a complete bust? I think NBC CT was saying 12-18" for you last night. So you may be 2" off from that.

Over a foot here in Waterbury and still snowing. Slowing down a bit though.

Agree. This storm is definitely not a bust for inland southern CT. Less than predicted, but not a bust.

Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm Sure seems like this could be the case.. "TRAVEL BAN = Don't have to plow till the storms almost over!" Yay, we saved a few bucks.

It's raining down here in Old Saybrook. Has been for a couple of hours. Wind is whipping though. There was a period of ice/sleet then back to big fat flakes but then it changed over to just a really cold rain. I would rather deal with a straight up foot of snow then this stuff freezing overnight.
