Yup, I Understand, but this isn't a contest thread. I know some folks including me that scroll though old posts just to reminisce and look back. After all, we don't post the same images all the time so it's nice to see photos of CT with difference seasons and time.

Do this... Log out of Flickr. Close Explorer or Chrome. Then come back to this thread and see if the pics are there. Maybe it's showing up for you because it's still in your systems memory or logged into Flickr?

It's just the most recent one. This one. The one before is showing up.

the second pic from that link should have showed up. the reason the first one doesn't is probably because i replaced it in Flickr with this one (original had no vignette)..

the link probably got messed up from the replace. that's probably what's going on with any older Flickr pics that are also missing. but again, i'm seeing all of them.

and i still don't why your having a problem with the recent Flickr pics. maybe other people can chime in as to whether or not they're having problems viewing my recent posts.
Only the post from 09/03. It says no longer available, but if you click on the empty area, the photo comes up. No big deal.

Nice shots, BTW.

Funny. They flew over my head at 7 am on Sunday morning while I was at Black Rock. Couldn't get a clear shot because of fog.

If you look at the first picture in this article, Witness to the unthinkable: Greenwich Point onlookers recall the day the towers fell - GreenwichTime , you can see what Greenwich residents saw on 9/11 from the exact place where I took the photo above. The images in the article are forced perspective; it's hard to see the skyline that detailed with your naked eye unless it's a very clear day.

anymore of these pictures

Pretty amazing how much accumulated even under some trees.
Branches that were 6-7 feet above the ground were touching the ground from the weight. 9.5" total for the storm.

Actually.. I didn't click the 2nd one of his. LOL. Need a more Spring picture from that spot. Looks too wintry still. Need a few blooms and clear skies to show its Spring.
