Didn't analyze the models this morning but a quick glance I'm not liking the setup for a big snowstorm for CT anymore next week.

Anyway ... Forecast next 8 days for the South side. 50 again? No sub freezing highs. Rain next week

While there may not be a snowpack around here anymore, there are still big parking lot piles.

Cam- I can't believe I'm saying this, but I really wouldn't mind a decent whopper that leaves me working from home for a day- but still allows me to drop the kids off at daycare. Can you make that happen?

I'm and hoping and praying HARD that Northern Maine gets NAILED with Wednesdays event. The rain we had has just about destroyed the snowmobile trails, even 300 miles to our north, and I have my big annual trip planned for Wed 23rd to Sat the 27th up there with ten people.

My blood pressure is rather high worrying about whether or not I'll even be able to ride. I never thought id worry about lack of snow in N Maine in the once "sure bet" month of the year........February.

This should be happening up there in April, not now

It's SAD truly is. Just one of those years. Bangor went from 11 inches on the ground to ZERO in 1 day. WTF. Not supposed to happen in winter. lol

I gave up wanting to snowmobile this year. As you said, its just too nerve wracking to watch and wait for perfect timing. Forget it. Its like if you wait a week after it snows you'll miss the chance. Horrible winter.

Seasonable temps out there.

30s with blue skies but NNW wind gusts making it feel like 20s. Teens above 1000'

There is still plenty of snow pack left in Monroe, only the sunny spots are clear. I have 2 inches left in my shady backyard. Head away from the warmer coast and it's a different story, we have this discussion every winter...

Snow Sunday night, Monday morning? Maybe.

Given the fact that it will be in the 40s and 50s this weekend I am going to assume the roads will be ok Monday morning while its snowing

This is snow total from the NAM model. GFS still has nothing. lol
