Just an update- I'm staying at the Hyatt right next to Grand Central. If I did decide to drive in, any idea whether traffic is a pain or if thats a tough area to navigate around 1-2pm on a Friday?

Thanks everyone.

Why would you drive if your staying next to Grand Central? Fridays are pretty bad from 2-7pm as the Urban areas retreat North and south to the Gateway parts of this region.

Good point. I tend to lapse on pricing as I never have to pay for parking in the city via a family connection. (I get all my cards validated whenever I want.)

I normally just head in on the Henry H to 48th, and grab the lot at 49th and 10th. Super easy in and out.

Ditto.

Take the train. I missed the Friday afternoon rush hour thing. Don't do it. Sit on the train, chat, have fun and enjoy your time.

Oh well, not my problem...

And it's the "regionites" that keep the economy alive in Manhattan.
