Just wondering if anyone has downloaded the above new edition of Vista, and whether there have been any problems? Thank you,

No problems with Vista SP2, but MS's last Outlook update missed up my 2007 version of Outlook. Tried it three times but same thing, so I now use windows mail until Windows 7 comes out in October.

Service packs are not new editions of Windows, it's just a patch package that includes updates, tweaks, fixes, and modifications to your Windows installation.
AFAIK no major problems have been reported with it.

I noticed no problems; except it takes longer to boot or restart the computer.

I'm still on SP1 and given that I get updates (patches) etc and install anyway, does this really buy me anything, other than maybe less space on my HD - ?
