The State today:

On October 29th, with the help of downtown residents and with a plan for the City Center Partnership to maintain the plantings until they are established, Columbia Green will install about a hundred plants in containers along Assembly Street. They'll be putting in low-maintenance Carissa hollies, yucca, windmill palms and lantana. Rebekah Kline of Rebekah's garden designed the landscaping plan.
