Wrote to the local paper but didn't get an answer, So will pose question here. Watched a guy in Az get recalled just as he was going to be term limited out of office. There once you get limited you must not run again until you sit out. So he was recalled and because he was not an incumbant he was eligable to run again 4 months later~ so he back! Will the same thing happen here with the recall of term limited guy whos being recalled for his gun vote? If yes seems like it would be better to save the bucks and allow him to be term limited.

hard to believe no one who has lived here for a while does not know about the Colorado term limit laws.

I think you are correct...not the first time that emotion drives people to take actions that may not be in their best interests, or that does not serve their intended purpose.
