Someone wondered who the 4th string QB for Ohio St was.

Looks like Mariotta just got Bosa-fied.

Oregon is falling apart, not used to playing a much faster, talented, physical team like Ohio St.

Everyone underestimated the Buckeyes.

Buckeyes touchdown!!!
Besides this freak season for the buckeyes (losing their starting and backup QB) it seems like it is a bit of a shame there is so much talent OSU has that will never start. IF C. Jones played all year he may have been in the Heisman discussion. IF the two QBs before him didn't have season ending injuries he would have never played. It will be interesting to see who OSU starts at the QB position later this year. Congrats to the Buckeyes on winning the National Championship (barring a huge very unforeseen comeback by Oregon). I still think the playoffs would've been better if TCU made it in and FSU was left out but whats done is done.

I'm being sarcastic...

Big 10 has balls to put it plainly...

A quick team is cute, but imposing will upon a team is speaking volumes right now.

I don't have the time (or energy) to argue this right now but one (more like 3 teams [OSU, MSU, Wisconsin) team doesn't make a whole conference not weak/overrated by Big 10 fans.

I would consider the Big 10 a very nice steak (OSU MSU Wisconsin) with lots of fat (just about every other team). I think the Big 10 needs to trim some of that fat before they are considered a great college football conference as a whole.

TCU has no argument. OSU is the best team in football
Well, Oregon has finesse, but lacks brawn. That's pretty clear.

Don't know about TCU, however. TCU deserved to be in the final four. As it turns out, it was FSU who was the poseur. I don't have a dog in the hunt, but I'm thinking TCU could have given OSU a game.

This. I think TCU would have beat Oregon (TCU has a better D and O than FSU). And I believe TCU would've been a better challenge for OSU than Oregon. TCU has a much better D than Oregon and I believe a better offense (albeit a different kind of offense).

The Kelly/Helfrich offense is great for putting up video game numbers but when push comes to shove it's produced as many titles as my offensive scheme. Zero.
