yes but not unexpected. i figured that at this point in the season the cats would be 5-3, with losses to oregon, usc, and ucla. so in my book they are up one game. next up colorado. i figure the cats should be 3-1 in their last four games. i dont know if our loss will come against utah or asu though.

Yep, you've got that figured just about right. The Cats have been doing pretty good considering that Anu Solomon has been in growth mode. Believe it or not, this season has been gravy.

very true. i cant wait to see what solomon is like in two years. next year he is going to have to deal with an inexperienced offensive line, but the skill players are going to be returning on droves.

Yeah, it's always something, isn't it? Teams need to make adjustments based on their needs every year. Some more than others!
well i think that rich rod has created a system where he does like lute olsen and sean miller do with the basketball team, he reloads every year, not rebuilds.
Congratulations to Arizona...I'm glad ASU didn't manage to win the division. Can Arizona take care of Oregon 3 times in a row though? On one hand it'd be neat to see someone new win the conference, on the other hand, I want to see Oregon play Alabama dammit. Those 2 have managed to avoid each other long enough...
interesting question. can arizona beat oregon three times in a row? mariota and company are going to be looking for revenge. mariota has only thrown a total of twelve interceptions in his career, three of which came against arizona though.
i would say that in the end if arizona plays oregon like they did asu, or usc, then yes arizona can beat oregon. if arizona plays them like they did ucla though, then oregon will likely win the game. and dont forget that the only reason arizona lost to usc is because of a missed last second field goal, and casey skowron has come a long ways since that game.
No reason to believe that the Cats will do anything less than concentrate on Mariota and the Ducks next Friday - at the home of the Santa Clara 49ers!
very true colt. the nice thing though is that arizona is pretty much guaranteed the fiesta bowl if they lose. if they win, we will have to wait and see, but it doesnt look good as ohio state and baylor both won today, which dims arizonas hopes of a playoff berth substantially.
